Meet Ashlyn

Director, Family Lawyer, Mediator

Ashlyn’s goal is simple – you, and your family, Thriving.

With a background in country-town general practice, Ashlyn now practices exclusively in Family Law and Estate Planning. She is an experienced litigator, having regularly represented clients in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, including complex parenting and high net-worth financial matters.

This first hand experience has proven time and again that the outcome determined at Court by a Judge is likely an outcome that, with kindness and skill, could have been achieved within a few months or even weeks of separation.

Ashlyn is also an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (Mediator). Find out more about whether mediation is suitable for you here.
